"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hayes Mansion. The room was nice and cool, and the pool was a highlight! We especially loved all the winding, wide hallways, alcoves, seating areas, game room, verandas, and exploring the grounds. It has a very majestic and whimsical feel to it, and we will definitely be back for another stay. "

"Although the beds were comfortable and the wifi worked well, we were generally disappointed. We received conflicting information about check in, the kitchen had only the barest minimum and was missing some important essentials (hot pads for example), the towel rack in the bathroom was on the floor when we arrived (we were able to re-attach it), and the parking options were unclear (we were informed later that the only parking was on the street). Although the listing states “comfortable living spaces,” there is no living room, only the pictured dinning area. We were informed prior to arrival that the gardener had not finished and would be back. However, the yard was a mass of overgrown bushes, weeds, and cheat grass. It looked like the gardener hadn’t been there for months, and, in fact, did not arrive at any time while we were there. We won’t be staying here again."

"Hotel was conveniently located. The entire hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was simple, but had every thing we needed. Coffee and tea was available 24/7, we loved that. My only suggestion would be that they change sheets every other day."
