"We had 4 couples who stayed for a week and traveled the area to play golf. It was a wonderful home with updated facilities and beautiful surrounds. We enjoyed watching golf in the library together, playing snooker and just walking though the gardens. The location was amazing for all the west coast courses. It could easily accommodate 8 couples if you have that large of traveling group. The staff was there everyday to clean and provide fresh towels and make the beds. We lite a fire every morning...

"Room was lovely, although the view was onto an area being built on. Would request a room with view of the front of the hotel next time. Hotel was lovely, very clean, bed was extremely comfortable.Room was nice and warm. Food at dinner was outstanding, beautifully cooked and presented well. Staff were lovely at evening service. Breakfast food was excellent also and the lady was very helpful when we arrived. Great experience in a lovely hotel."

"Beautiful if overpriced hotel, room was beautiful staff are always fantastic when we stay. The pool area could be so much better it simplest isn’t up to today’s standards especially at the price. It could be revamped to have beds facing out sea with better hot tub facilities. Staff at the spa/pool however are wonderful "
