"Great place on the Cornwall/Devon border, equidistant from the stuff you can do in the Southwest. The food they serve is great, as is the staff I interacted with. An EV charger in the same parking area is very helpful, as well. I was surprised that my single room didn't have a TV. "Nice little one night stopover visiting Bude. Ample parking and easy to find. Straight road into Bude. A little isolated so make sure you buy supplies from Bude on the way back. A few spiderwebs and bugs in the room when we arrived but only because the window was left open thankfully because it was such a hot day. Paula the host was very helpful and friendly start to finish. Will stay again if we visit Bude again."

"The view and setting really made the trip and the staff were so lovely, kind and helpful! Watching the sunset each evening outside on the rocks was glorious. The complementary breakfast was really great, fresh baked croissants and a list of hot options. The rooms were clean and basic but just want was needed really. The location was fantastic for some great walks and sightseeing. I really enjoyed our 2 nights there and would go back."

"Stayed in a small double room as it was the only room available at the time of booking. Clean and had all you need just the bed was small for two adults. Wonderful place with fantastic views overlooking the ocean and Tintagel Castle. We had afternoon tea and it was amazing seating by the window overlooking the Castle. I recommend this hotel for a unique experience just book in advance as it’s popular place to stay. There are nice pubs and cafes in the village itself with really good food if you don’t prebook dinner and breakfast. Don’t miss out when in Tintagel"
