My partner and I had an incredible stay at the S Resort, the location was perfect as it was just a short walk to the beach and bars where you could head off for your tours. The staff were absolutely phenomenal (shout out especially to Carl, James and Nicole) everyone was so lovely and accommodating! GG was so well looked after and behaved it was hard to leave her, and the amazing masseuses that would come to the room and put us to sleep.

We spent 4 days here and it was beyond words. Staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Tour guides were great and overall a very relaxing experience.

This would perhaps be the best upcoming hotel in main land El nido. There are few quirks I am sure will be resolved before main opening. The true gem of the place is the staff. While there was a lot of young staff they were very genuine to make you comfortable and with some direction I believe this would be second to none in service It would be great if there was some path with lighting to the lido beach, The beach seats were not that comfortable. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Staff were super friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and the views from the pool & restaurant are incredible. Hotel feels secluded from the main strip but is only 3 minutes drive away by trike and the hotel has a complimentary one on standby for use !
