The staff was incredibly helpful during our stay. Everyone was nice and courteous the entire time. One staff member in particular allowed us to use her personal phone for 4 hours, as we were having flight related issues and couldn’t use our phones to contact them.
The room and facilities are nice, unique and always clean. The restaurant is one of the best in town, with a great view of Bacuit bay. They also have 2 pools which is a plus.
My only 2 minor gripes were location and bed comfort. The location is a bit out the way from the center of town, but they do provide a 24 hour shuttle to get you into town, and/or you can rent a scooter for 500 pesos a day - which is what we did. Secondingly, the bed was entirely too hard, and headboard made noise every time you moved. But that aside, we loved our stay. Great resort! And again, the staff was awesome!
