la stanza è stata bella e pulita ma niente di più. Gli asciugamani vanno cambiati ogni giorno (non è stato fatto), tappetino bagno/doccia inesistente e TV assente(imperdonabile).

Beautiful and convenient B&B

Our room was done very beautifully and artistically and overlooked the Sassi Barisano for a great view. The bathroom is American sized and the room contained a large closet and cute balcony. It sits on a main piazza just a couple minutes to any of the major sites. Mimmo was an excellent host and even if we said the room didn’t need to be cleaned since we were staying only two nights, he had it cleaned anyway. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location, very classy

This hotel is centrally located in Piazza del Sedile, easily accessible and within walking distance to main sites in both sassy. Everyone knows where it is, you can ask for directions if you happen get lost although this is very unlikely. This is an old palace renovated with high quality workmanship and decorated with super good taste, the view from my room to the piazza was remarkable, other rooms and a terrace have remarkable views as well. Domenico, a.k.a. Mimo (owner) went out of his way to provide assistance and information, very friendly, also very good breakfast.

B&B situation et vue superbe

Arrivée malaisée suit au piétonnier, situation extrêmement intéressante, décoration contemporaine qui mérite les marches á monter pour bénéficier d'une terrasse avec vue sur les s'assied. Sous la toiture, il y fait peut-être chaud l'été mais pour nous c'était charmant.

Outstanding. I think it should be emphasized how centrally located it is, and great to stay at. And to be ready for a parking challenge. The Residenza staff was helpful in taking care of the parking challenge.

bellissimo B&B

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nel weekend del 12-13 luglio 2014 e che dire: tutto perfetto! Il B&B, anche se è riduttivo definirlo così è ubicato in una zona centralissima fra i due sassi caveoso e barisano, siamo stati accolti dai proprietari al nostro arrivo che ci hanno "coccolato" fino alla nostra partenza: stanza bellissima con affacciata su piazza del sedile, colazione abbondante e varia, insomma davvero una struttura da consigliare! Bravi!

L'établissement est entre les 2 quartiers des Sassi, sur une très belle place et à 2 pas d'un quartier animé. La décoration est belle (ton blanc et crème). Seul bémol, la taille de la chambre un peu petite mais il loue des plus grandes.

Ottima posizione in pieno centro, con vista sui sassi da diverse camere. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. Le torte per la colazione sono fatte in casa. Arredi e dettagli estremamente ricercati e curati. Ambiente pulitissimo. Lo consiglio caldamente.

Plus un Bed and Breakfast qu'un hôtel. Accueil très chaleureux. Seul petit défaut : une clim insuffisante en cette fin juillet. Parking payant possible avec tarif négocié par l'hôtel. Demandez de préférence une chambre avec vue sur les sassi.

Esperienza fantastica

Prima di tutto bisogna dire che la posizione è la migliore in assoluto direttamente sopra i sassi con viste panoramiche dalle camere. Mimmo e Pina ( I titolari) sono dei perfetti padroni di casa . La pulizia, l'ordine e la qualità regnano sovrani. Sicuramente da consigliare a tutti . Eccezionale rapporto qualità e prezzo! PS: le torte e le marmellate tutto fatto da Pina!Altro Ci tornerò appena possibile anche solo per il piacere di stare in un posto pulito e comodo come questo!
