We would have liked to use the pool after 6.30pm but respected the rules. Lovely family and the property was very clean. We had a lovely stay

L'appartamento è grande, spazioso, con un buon parcheggio e lontano dal caos di Matera, ma non abbastanza da essere isolato da tutto. Il difetto principale non è della struttura in sé ma della strada per arrivarci che segue salite e discese delle colline adiacenti. Bella da fare di giorno, meno la sera. La piscina è ben tenuta e con lettini per stare tranquilli nelle giornate estive. L'host è stata impeccabile, gentile e disponibile nel dare consigli su dove parcheggiare e dove andare per ammirare la città.

オーナーの2階建の建物の1階部分をアパートとして提供しているスタイルだった｡ 広大な敷地にある複数世帯対応の綺麗なアパート｡ ベッドルームが２つあり3LDK以上の感覚｡ テラスも広々、目に前に車を停車出来るので非常に便利だった｡ ゲートもあるので防犯は大丈夫そう｡ 2階に住んでいるオーナーも親切 周りには何も無い一軒家なので車は必須｡ グーグルマップで向かうと高速道路を出て高速道路沿いの両側の道を指定されるが右側は絶対行かな事を勧めます｡高速出口を出て高速道路を跨がないで向かうことが大事です｡ 狭い一本道です

Meraviglioso

Essendo in hotel tutte le settimane per lavoro, sono rimasta scioccata della pulizia di questa struttura cioè una pulizia perfetta che neanche negli hotel si vede così ! La camera che è un piccolo appartamento è dotato di tutto il confort. Parcheggio chiuso all’interno della struttura e sicuro. La titolare è stata molto gentile e disponibile.
