Camera molto bella e moderna. Complessivamente molto confortevole e luminosa. Dotata di aria condizionata e balcone. Molto pulita. A due passi dal centro. In due minuti si raggiunge la piazza centrale, da dove poi ci si può muovere solamente a piedi. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissima!

Decisamente inospitale

Decisamente inospitale. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia solo una notte (per fortuna). Sono stata chiamata dall'host solo un giorno prima per essere avvisata che c'erano dei lavori nel palazzo. Ovviamente in questo modo non c'era il rischio che annullassi gratuitamente la prenotazione. Gli operai, diversamente da quanto menzionato, erano invece sul balcone della stanza, non solo nel palazzo, e impedivano anche l'apertura delle finestre - essenziale con il COVID -. Siamo stati svegliati alle 5 del mattino dal frastuono dei lavori. La proprietaria si è inoltre lamentata che la colazione non era inclusa, quando prenotando da questo sito, invece lo è. E ha messo in dubbio non solo la mia parola, ma la prenotazione scritta. Altri come minimo avrebbero offerto molto di più che una colazione per rimediare al disagio di una stanza "vista operai". E' fortunata che la casa è in una posizione centrale, ma per ospitalità è inclassificabile. Sconsigliato assolutamente!

Belle sorprese

Weekend lungo con amica alla scoperta di una città ancora più bella di quanto immaginassi. La camera, nuova e pulitissima, ha tutto ciò che serve e la disponibilità della peoprietaria è stata deliziosa. La posizione è ottima in quanto a pochi passi dalla piazza Vittorio Veneto da cui si inizia la scoperta di quella meraviglia di città che è Matera. Per tutto il soggiorno abbiamo avuto le chiavi della camera e dell'appartamento, cosa che ci ha consentito la massima indipendenza.

"La nostra vita è fatta di occasioni" per chi sceglie di trascorrere le proprie vacanze a Matera... un'opportunità da non perdere per essere immersi nello splendore della suggestiva e caratteristica città. "La nostra vita è fatta di occasioni" anche per la scelta del "Domus Roma". Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria con squisita accoglienza e cordialità. La struttura accogliente, raffinata e arredata con gusto, curata nei minimi particolari, pulita, ordinata e armonica nei suoi spazi fa sentire l'ospite "a casa" e lo rende "attore" della propria vacanza. Straordinaria la scelta di intitolare la camere ai registi che hanno trovato in Matera la loro ispirazione cinematografica. La struttura si trova esattamente al 500 m dalla piazza Vittorio Veneto che svela, inaspettatamente, il fascino dei Sassi. Domus Roma è il posto ideale, favorevole, ottimale per la permanenza a Matera. Lungo la Via Roma, si può tranquillamente trovare parcheggio, a pagamento. La zona è molto tranquilla, pertanto si può lasciare la macchina sostata anche per più giorni senza problema. Posizione fantastica, davvero a 2 passi dal centro. Camere perfette, pulitissime e curate nei minimi particolari. Bagno nuovo e come la camera pulitissimo. Wi-Fi libera. La signora che ci ha accolto molto gentile e disponibile...quindi tutto benissimo! Unico piccolo neo (ma è una mia personale opinione) la colazione. I ticket per fare la colazione al bar (cappuccino e brioches) non mi sono piaciuti...la colazione è la prima "coccola" di una vacanza pur breve che sia. Ci tengo a precisare che il bar è a un passo e la signorina che lo gestisce è gentilissima e carina...quindi niente da obbiettare per la scelta del bar.. la mia piccola "critica" è casomai nella scelta di non preparare una colazione diversa e più curata che renderebbe veramente tutto perfetto.

Accueil très sympa, chambre ultra propre et confortable. Emplacement pratique. Par contre seul bémol c'est excessivement bruyant. Les cloisons doivent être très fines et on entendait vraiment tout.

Bonne solution à Matera

Nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour. La chambre est bien. (Sauf le fait que notre voisin du dessus a commencé ses travaux à 7.00–:-( pour le reste, la localisation est très bonne. Pour le parking cela peut être compliqué. Mais nous gardons un bon souvenir de Matera.
