Excellent location at the foot of the old Matera, essentially the last street reachable by car (you may still not park there, but you get a pass to take your car there, e.g. for loading and unloading your bags) The staff was attentive and kind, with suggestions for visiting the beautiful town, as well as a local restaurant which we liked very much. Room was ample, clean; good internet connection. We enjoyed the breakfast very much as well.

Nice hotel smack in middle of Sassi district

Was a little difficult finding hotel using hotel directions. Suggest using Waze or google maps. Many comforts in room. Great breakfast included in price. LOVED the rooftop deck - overlooks Sassi district

Ottima location e gestione perfetta.

Posizione stupenda nel centro dei sassi, tranquilla e riposante. Ottima colazione e ottimo staff. Matera va vissuta in qs modo almeno 3 gg. La stanza è quella più caratteristica nel sasso e ovviamnete bisogna abituarsi al senso di chiuso ma confermo la qualità e la privacy.

Allen Conche is amazing. We received a warm welcome and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, right in the Sassi.. Breakfast the best we have had, loved the home made cakes.

Excellent B&B in the middle of old Matera.

Very nicely kitted out accommodation, with excellent location and views from the balcony. Paintings and sculpture by a local artist on display in the common area. The landlady could not have been more helpful in ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Fantastic home made breakfast

Matera magic

Modern and well appointed room with mood lighting throughout. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Right in the heart of Sassi and very convenient to sights, restaurants, shopping. Matera is a wonderful place to explore with its history of the caves and the life of the people and also to get lost wandering up through winding paths. Delightful place to stay and experience a night in a modernised cave!

マテーラらしい洞窟住居の部屋で満足しました。ただ、サッシ地域の真ん中の底辺の場所なので、宿を見つけるのは大変かと思います。行きはタクシーで宿の前まで行きました。帰りは鉄道駅までの登り道がしんどかったです。
