"Kitchen was fabulous! Very spacious, lots of cabinets, granite countertops with modern appliances and an excellent selection of pots, pans and utensils. Large utility room included full-size washer and dryer. AC was cold and comfortable. Nest thermostat. Easy to work. Bathrooms were roomy and accessible with instant hot water and the sundeck overlooking the Colorado River absolutely spectacular! Wifi was speedy and accommodated numerous devices. Highly recommend this property for your next Matagorda visit."

"Our stay at The Lazy Coconut was fantastic! The property was exactly as described and pictured. The owners thought of everything, down to the smallest detail, to make our stay comfortable. The house was pristine clean and very well maintained. Bedrooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms are well laid out, and the closets are spacious with plenty of hangers. The floor plan is an open concept and is perfect for families. The decor is nicely done and perfect for a bay house. The wrap around deck has great views from every direction, plenty of furniture, and has a retractable gate for little ones or small pets. The driveway and under house areas are spacious and easy to park a boat and multiple vehicles. Beach access is close and the beach is beautiful and clean. The outside shower is great for rinsing off and cleaning beach gear. A lot of thought went in to making this house comfortable for guests. Definitely one of our favorite VRBOs we’ve stayed in and we’ll most certainly be back for another stay. "

"This is the BEST beach condo in Matagorda TX. It was immaculately clean. The place actually looks like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had what I needed to cook meals. The view was the best and our favorite part of the whole trip. We watched the sun rise every morning. I have no complaints at all. The pool was newly renovated and perfect. My kids had so much fun swimming. Check in was quick and the host was super friendly and responded quickly to my questions. Highly recommend!!!! (There were six of us). "
