Breakfast service was horrible. Omelets were cold. Coffee was cold on first day. Sweet rolls unavailable each day of stay. I have stayed in this hotel for several years and this is disappointing. Ice machines gone from our floor. I needed ice for leg pain and had to go the first floor for ice -having difficulty walking. Accessible room is furthest from the elevator so long walk. I will have to check other hotels for my stays in the future.

The hotel charged me three times for my hotel room on my debit card. I didn’t get the money back for 5 days, it caused me to go negative in my bank account and it ruined my vacation. I asked for half off my room and they wouldn’t honor that. There was a roach in my room. The breakfast lady got an attitude when we came down a 9:20. They close the free breakfast at 9:30. The only person worth anything was Linda and she’s covers the front desk at night. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express or IHG hotel again unless I have no other choice.

Door Key Issue; The door lock battery was discharged, and in the morning, a lady from the staff had to accompany me to open the door with a master key. Unfortunately, when I returned to the hotel later in the day, the issue still hadn’t been resolved, even after 12 hours. I expected better service and quicker resolution of such a basic problem. This experience was quite inconvenient and disappointing

To be honest the best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. The rooms had a bad smell but after we sprayed Lysol it got better. The floors look dirty to me and the restroom had a big crack on the shower that was glued with some white paste. Toilet paper was so thin that we had to keep ordering it. No tissues. We had someone go to our room and knock and said, “ room service and walk into our room without asking permission. Yes he apologize but him going into our room with his own key made us feel uncomfortable. We ended up putting a chair against the door the whole time we stayed there. They said not enough staff so No clean towels and last day the whole hallway smelled like sewer. No swimming pool. We wanted to use it but all 4 days it was close.

Comfortable and quiet stay

When you walk into the hotel it smells clean and fresh. The stay was great. The room was clean and the bed was.comfortable. The bathtub was old and the refrigerator was not in the cubbie. I believe they give concern rooms to people that book through different websites who get the rooms for cheaper.

The property was real clean and up to date. Breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is while we were eating breakfast, the employee sat at the front desk and coughed as if she was dying, it was so disgusting. My husband and I stopped our breakfast early because it was so unpleasant.
