- Gorda Getaway is a beautiful beach front property in Matagorda, Texas. Featuring 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen, dining & living area. This house is a quick walk to beach & pool. A great family destination, as you are minutes away from the Matagorda Bay Nature Park where they have bird watching, beach combing, mini-golf and kayak trips. Also, we have some of the best fishing, where the Colorado River empties into the Gulf. Come down and experience some of the best beach Texas has to offer.
Note that the master bedroom and bathroom are accessed via a spiral staircase, which can sometimes be difficult for some people.
