"Overall the staff was polite, respectful and helpful...my only complaint was noise: loud guest in the hallway till midnight, high traffic volume on the nearby roadway and to top it off the fire alarm was triggered at 5 am on the morning of Nov 30th 2025 (think someone tried to make a waffle before the breakfast service began) anyway, the alarm continued to sound for quite some time (approx 20 mins). "The young lady at the front desk was very kind and hospitable. Our room was very clean and cold, shower was hot, and the black out curtains made for a good sleep. Only downfall was the bed was VERY soft, but were used to a firm mattress. Breakfast was also good and there was a nice selection. We would stay again for sure!"
