"Our Room was updated, a/c worked well, and it was pretty quiet. The entire place was sold out,.and we had no issues at all. Convenient parking, etc. Coffee is in the main office, and there are grab and go items for breakfast. We were happy with our stay, price, and staff. "

Walking distance to downtown and multiple restaurants and views as you walked across the bridge. The coffee shop the fuel stop was perfect. And so was the juice bar across the street. "Easy to find great location. We enjoyed our stay here. Our only complaint is the mattresses are extremely firm not comfortable and they could use new towels in the bathroom for guests.The window units throughout the house cool enough to keep you comfortable and the gas heater worked to warm us up in the morning. Quick drive to llano and we also spent one morning in Fredericksburg. "
