"Enjoyed the clean, brand new property during our visit to Penang. It was a last minute change because of the location and it turned out we made the right choice. Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Service was excellent, every staff greeted us with smiles and was helpful. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the scent of the shampoo and body wash (wished I can purchase a set home.) They even provided us umbrellas on the rainy days. "Very near to transport hub (KOMTAR) which made it very convenient to go everywhere. The only downside is that the checkin desk is at their sister property about a five minute walk. Also did not notice any elevator. The above two points were not an issue for me but may be a concern for people with mobility issues. The property is well maintained and very clean. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. I enjoyed my stay of four nights and would use them again if need be. "
