"Good location, great staff and helpful too. Though within our price range it was a lot more 'luxury' than we are usually comfortable with. Lots and lots of food choices from streetfood to restaurants. The concierge was very helpful with information on hiking Penang Hill Heritage Trail and using the Penang Hill Funicular Train retuning. Very nice hotel."

"The Millen is DEFINITELY worth considering for your stay in Penang! We booked the sea view 1-bedroom suite and were immediately BLOWN AWAY by the view when we walked into our room. The sea view from the bath tub is absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is very new, it opened in October'24, so the condition is tip top! We love the decor and style of the hotel and the privacy and security of the rooms. Your hotel key will only allow access to your floor. The gym is fantastic....fully equipped and it's opened 24hrs. The infinity pool....oh, it's gorgeous. The spa is beautiful too and I had an awesome massage and facial on my birthday. The staff were friendly and took really great care of me. Location of the hotel is excellent, too. Not far from the airport, and it's just a few minutes drive from all the attractions in Georgetown, as well as the popular malls...and also places like Bukit Bendera and Batu Feringghi. We strongly and sincerely recommend this hotel! The staff are super attentive and will never forget to greet you at the door or even when you pass the reception. If we come back to Penang, we will definitely return here!"

"Staff was friendly. Rooms were not large but adequate in size and very clean. Place looks updated not rundown. Hotel slippers were nicer than most hotels. Buffet breakfast good value with access to healthy choices like salad, cooked vegetables, oatmeal, eggs, fresh fruits "

Not the closest to Gurney Plaza but still easily reachable by Grab or 20 minutes walk. Front lobby has music Performance Friday and Saturday evening during our stay. Hotel entrance to a small indoor mall located next door."
