We really enjoyed our stay at the Mews Pool Villa. Having the heated (85’) was an added bonus. We had some relaxing days where we could just hang out an enjoy the area and it was a great location to catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard for the day. Paul was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property.

Property was great for a family of 4. Heated pool was great for entertaining the kids. A little disappointed there was a beach pass advertised on the welcome letter, but found out the house did not come with one. Close to beaches/shopping/dinning was great. Overall stay was a great time.

Loved this property and the area. We had stayed in New Seabury for the first time last year in a different area and loved it. This year, we were looking for a larger home with a pool for our family and the property was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Also the property and area was very quiet and convenient. Wonderful House!

Stayed here with my husband, brother and sister in law and it was the perfect size for us and the pool was wonderful. The 4 is only because it’s a little secluded, which is both a plus and a minus (should be a 4.5). Ai would 100% recommend this house to anyone and would for sure stay here again. Thank you, Paul!

Beautiful house

My husband and I recently stayed at this property for our anniversary. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed swimming in the pool in the afternoons. The house was very clean, well equipped, and has a gas grill, which was perfect for cooking out in the evenings. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, great for walks, and located near shopping, golf, and restaurants. Communication with the host was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property.

The home was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the pool the first night. The light colored couch had a rickety arm when we arrived. It wasn’t a problem, just reporting. The 9:30AM checkout time was inconvenient when having to wash, dry and fold all towels.

Relaxing stay at this amazing property!

We had a great week at this amazing property and exploring Mashpee and surrounding areas. My 4 yo was obsessed with the pool, and it was so nice having it right there for dips pretty much every day and made it easy for us to relax without the pressure of doing too much. The remoteness of the property may be a negative for folks who prefer walkable vacations, but that's part of the allure of the Cape. We were able to check out the town beaches and ventured to the Cape Cod Children's Museum right down the road on a rainy day to get out some energy! The Popponesset Markerplace was truly a one stop shop and set off our week at the Cape with some live music while we grabbed some food & mini golf and ice cream later in the week. Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A clean, quiet retreat in New Seabury

Upon our arrival, we found the property to be incredibly clean and stocked with everything we needed. Paul provides some essentials like toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent which is very helpful. We spent our days reading by the pool on the comfortable lounge chairs or taking short drives to Mashpee Commons and Popponesset Market. While no fault of the owners or Paul, we had trouble making phone calls from our cell phones while at the unit (Verizon). Our only request would be to move check-out from 9am to 10am. Having one more hour in the morning would be helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Thank you, Paul & team.

Great spot to relax and enjoy

Our stay was really wonderful. The townhouse was beautifully decorated and very clean. There was a little glitch with the a/c when we first got there but once I contacted Paul and we realized the vents might not be open, we were able to get things to cool down. The location is great. Close by is Mashpee Commons which has stores for shopping and a few good eateries including Panera and a delicious coffee shop as well as a Starbucks. Also nearby is another shopping center that has a Stop and Shop, some other shops as well as some restaurants and a Dunkin Donuts. One suggestion is clearer instructions about where to park. Since the parking is not right by the unit, I had to ask a gentleman that was working on the properties where our car should be parked. Also, the description of where the trash should be discarded should include that it is behind a blue door in the area where the garages are. Those were only minor issues and did not have any effect on how much we enjoyed our vacation. We would definitely go back!
