"The room was not ready at 3:30pm on arrival which was disappointing, the lady on reception was initially unhelpful until we pushed on the problem as we had travelled for 20 hours to Guangzhou and needed to rest. Another staff member stepped in and upgraded us and gave us instant access to our rooms. Always stay at the Baiyun hotel and usually no issues"

"This is probably one of the best Rosewoods I have ever stayed in. Everything about our stay was perfect. It was my birthday and they made me feel very special. Room was sensational too!!"
