"I stayed on this property 11/10-11/11/25 with 2 friends. From the moment we stepped on the property we were greeted with friend and helpful staff. The room was spacious, beautiful and had a refrigerator and keurig in our room. Ice and microwaves were down the hallway by the elevators. We dined at the 5 o’clock somewhere bar and grill. I had calamari and coconut shrimp and of course a top shelf margarita served in a cute green blender souvenir cup! Food and service with Christine was fabulous! When we checked out my friend left a very expensive heating pad in our room. I called the resort and spoke to the head of housekeeping, Todd, who located it and held it for us until we returned on 11/13/25. Loved this staff and stay!"

"I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Apple Valley Lodge in Pigeon Forge, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming — exactly what you hope for during a getaway. One of the best parts of this hotel is its fantastic location. There are lots of attractions nearby, making it easy to explore the area without long drives. From shows and shops to family-friendly activities, everything is just minutes away. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants close by, which made dining out super convenient. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return. If you’re visiting Pigeon Forge and want comfort, convenience, and great service, Best Western Plus Apple Valley Lodge is an excellent choice! "

"I loved it being outside of main Sevierville. Easy to get in and out of and pretty quiet. Fire pits are great and so are the pools. Would definitely stay there again"

"The Inn at Christmas Place is a beautiful property, especially at Christmas! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious! Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Will be staying again next year!!! Oh, by the way, the Santa concert was great!!!"

"i never made it to the hot tub and breakfast was nothing special. but, it was a clean room for a solid price and the staff was plenty helpful. i am satisfied with my stay and would 4.5/5 suggest"
