"There were no glasses to use in the bathroom, no face cloths, no place to put the soap by the sink. The buffet breakfast offered very limited choices, the bagels were stale. The beds were comfortable."

"Staff was great, continental breakfast was amazing so many options. The room was clean and nice, my only problems I had with my experience was I was looking forward to the pool and hot tub… the pool was freezing cold, and the hot tub was like luke warm bath water. The tile was falling apart and pool and hut tub were dirty even though it was 7am when they first open it up to the guests. Otherwise our stay was excellent and we would return in the future. "

"We arrived at some absolutely rediculous hour of the night/morning due to a significant snow storm. We had an appointment to make for 9am. When we arrived I used the intercom and had to wake the front desk staff but they were very nice and understanding about it. I think we got 3 hours of sleep before having to check back out which again I had to use the intercom and have someone come to the front to return my deposit and check out and again they were super nice about it and didn't give me any hard time about the deposit. Simple, quick, and friendly even if half asleep. Cleanliness was higher than expected and the room was a decent size and the bed was comfy. Parking was available right at our room door. "

"Quaint hotel next to the water. Really beautiful area behind the hotel with chairs. Extremely friendly staff. Free parking. The Lighthouse restaurant was just inside and was excellent. The rooms were small but comfortable. The sheets on the beds were so amazingly soft. "

"We started in a room and the thermostat wasnt working. The owner and staff members had a solution and made it right immediately. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The pool was heated and nice to use. The continental breakfast had lots of options definitely something for everyone. "
