Martineztown-Santa Barbara Hotels, Albuquerque

"Although our room was clean, the hotel was struggling with a staff shortage which resulted in a later than expected check in. We were also not aware that it would mean that our room would not be serviced during our multiple night stay. Staff were apologetic but not proactive in sharing how it might affect our experience. Will not choose to stay at this hotel on our return trip to Albuquerque."

"It would have been nice to know parking was valet for a fee and to tip the valet. The absolute worst was Friday night listening to the street rodders until 2 am. They should have told us that ahead of time. When she told us she put us in the quiet side. The plus was the pool and happy hour selections!! And the pool side staff was amazing!!"

"I loved my stay at isleta. The staff was nice and I liked that I was able to check in early. Beautiful property and room. "

"Really convenient to have the hotel, casino, bowling and food areas in one spot. Good variety of places to eat, from fancy to a bar to a really relaxed/casual grill-type restaurant. On-site comedy club/convenience-store type areas are a plus. You could really stay here and not have to go anywhere for anything. Room/bathroom were really nice/clean. Housekeeping is REALLY GREAT at their job. I've never seen men as housekeepers but they did an amazing job. The water pressure was awesome, for a tired body after a long day of sightseeing/shopping. Parking lot was constantly patrolled by security so I felt very safe going out to my vehicle. My only issue is I wish they'd put the smokers area AWAY from the front doors. I hated having to breathe in smoke right out the doors and smelling it walking thru the lobby. Staff was very friendly, (Felicia up in the Starlight Lanes Bowling is the real MVP) they had genuine smiles and greeted you when you go in. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend it, even if you're not into the casino part."

"Didn't use pool or laundry service. Went there for a program/lecture. Easy to find. The meeting rooms were excellent."

"Our room was large and beautifully painted, had a gorgeous hummingbird painted on the wall. Nice and clean room and loved the lotion, soap and shampoo. The nightshift young man at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Thank you!"

"Hand soap dispenser empty. Too many bed pillows and the were too puffy and high for a side sleeper. "
