Hotel Zazz is a converted motel, colorful and fun, and located within a short walk of a wide array of good restaurants and some fun shops. It's also right on the BRT (Nob Hill East) so super easy to get to, and visit Old Town from, without a car. Staff were super friendly. Only downside is traffic noise, but it wasn't that loud.

Just a very cute and modern hotel with pizzazz! Very clean. Very quiet and comfortable! Amazing staff. The lounge bar was simply classy. The bartender made some great drinks!

Super cute and a great, walkable location! The room was clean with some neat amenities I hadn’t seen before. The TV was playing a personal welcome when I came in with the story of the motel. The hydration station room was cute and had popsicles in the afternoon. It was quiet and I got a perfect night of sleep. Parking was a bit frustrating as other reviewers noted—we came back from watching the sunset on the Sandia Peak Tram and all spots were taken. The front desk folks were kind and let us park in the 10-minute check-in spots overnight. They said it was likely Z Lounge customers taking the spots as there were no signs up that I could see that parking was for hotel guests only. Not a huge deal as the neighborhoods behind the hotel also had street parking, but paying for a spot and not having one wasn’t ideal. I’d still definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable. The shower is really fantastic. It's loud at times but it is also on route 66 so I don't think there is much to do about that. Turning on the AC drowned most of it out.
