DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel advertised our booking as a superior room however on check in we were given a room that was not one of the "superior" ones and instead the smallest room of the hotel, which had built in smell of constant cigarette smoke. It is above a nightclub with loud music until 2am every night. The lights in the bedroom didn't work and we had to ask maintenance to come and fix them. In general the room is very tatty with paint peeling and marks throughout. The reception staff were beyond rude and did nothing to fix any issue or appease the concerns. I would never stay here again and strongly suggest against others staying there. Only plus is the location is very central but then you get a lot of noise.

Hello Madam, We are sorry that your stay did not live up to your expectations but on your reservation it was rated classic room we have therefore assigned you a classic room and as we were full it was impossible to change you room. For the problem of light, we quickly sent you the technician to repair the problem when I told you about the noise when you arrived Cassis is a lively village especially in this summer period with all the amenities nearby that can cause problems. noise pollution like any city center. Lovely little place with great staff! The decor is quite tired and basic but we had a large room and everything was serviceable. Absolutely superb location.

Location is excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and well-kept. Note: if you are driving, you must pay to park and it's a bit pricey, depending on the lot you choose.

It was in a great location ....walking distance to beach,restaurants and shops I thought some of the desk workers were not friendly or helpful.....the lady the day we arrived and the two men night workers were helpful but can’t say the other young ladies helpful or friendly

Can’t beat the location! It’s clean and newly remodeled. Breakfast was good. Downsides were the attitude of staff members, no elevator or assistance with lugging suitcases up 2 floors and bed was hard as a rock. Would stay here again for sure, it should be well above 2 stars.

Can't beat the location! The hotel is walking distance to beaches, several wineries, and is right on the port with many restaurants and shops. It was extremely convenient to have a parking space in their secure garage as well - be aware they only have four spots though, so be sure to reserve a spot ahead if needed. The hotel is in the busiest area of Cassis, so expect some street noise at night. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was only mediocre. Room was sufficiently clean and comfortable, however, I did have some ants.

Great location, outdated hotel
This is an old hotel, the room we stayed in smelled very smoky and old. A shower door was missing, so you had to hold the shower head or water would go everywhere in the bathroom. There is also a club/restaurant directly under the hotel, so our room on the first floor was very loud late into the night. All that said, it was fine if you just need a place to sleep. It's very central in Cassis, so location was obviously the only saving grace here. The staff were friendly, and there was wifi and free water in the lobby.

Centrally located. Room equipped with necessities only but clean. Can be noisy as there's a nightclub below but music ended relatively early. Expensive for what you get but we also stayed in peak season.

Overall very please, mainly becouse location is great - super close to everything: beach, shops, restorants. The only thigs I\ve missed: no refrigirator (ants found our food), and no tea catle in the room.

Lovely hotel near harbour
We rented a car in Nice and were just driving the coast. This hotel was a gem. It's close to the harbour and in walking distance to many restaurants. There is a parking garage nearby and a small casino if one is so inclined. Very nice staff. There was some construction in the area but it was well accommodated.

Great location, great price
Greatly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location, balcony was a real treat. Newly renovated room, comfortable bed and nice sheets. Only negative was late night sounds from nightclub below/beside hotel.

Cassis for a night and 2 days
The Hotel was good but not really good, the town of Cassis was very pretty and very nice to visit but in general it is a tourist area only and was over priced, the restaurants were an exception and were excellent but we did not bother with the ones on the waterfront but instead found the more quiet intimate ones in the back lanes charming and great value all in all a good place to visit once or maybe twice.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. Our room had a spectacular view, it was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We loved the central location. Many other hotels in this town are quite a ways out of town.

Best Position
No car parking was a supprise., but no car needed. Walked everywhere. Great staff. Helpful, friendly informative, . I would not stay anywhere else in Cassis. Value!
