A sweet and cozy space at the outskirts of Marseille

We had a really lovely stay with Patrick. He was very kind and a good host. The place is super cozy and had everything we needed. The view from the terrace is amazing! Verduron is very calm and charming. If you have a car is way easier to get along, but the train station is 20 min Walk. Nevertheless we had a great time :)

Abritel a validé ma réservation L hote ne m'ayant pas contacté ni repondu a mon message et le téléphone pour le joindre N'est pas le bonJ ai du passer par l'assistance abritel qui la mis en relation avec l'hôte Lequel tout surpris m a dit que le logement n'était pas libre quil navait pas vu il etait 10h du matin nous arrivions le soir vers 17h!Compliquer de trouver un autre logement Pas cool du tout! Et surtout si j avais pas appelé encore pire!

Répugnant

La maison était globalement sale mais la salle de bain était répugnante. Quand j'ai demandé au propriétaire de bien vouloir nettoyer au moins la salle de bain pleine de poils de cheveux et d'urine, il s'est excusé et a promis de s'en occuper. Il a juste retiré le tapis de douche dégoûtant laissant des traces de boue derrière lui (il avait plu) . Je lui ai expliqué que la salle de bain n'était toujours absolument pas utilisable et il a promis de s'en occuper encore une fois à son retour de courses. Je ne l'ai plus jamais revu et j'ai dû le faire moi-même pour ne pas choper d'infection. Il n'y a absolument pas de parking (ce qui avait par ailleurs déterminé mon choix pour cet hébergement). Le parking sert de débarras donc pas d'accès. J'ai reçu une clé pour la porte d'entrée sauf que la porte fenêtre de la chambre ne ferme pas et le volet ne ferme que d'un côté. Autant dire que mon sommeil n'était pas tranquille. Sans les conditions de non remboursement je sera partie dans la seconde !

Le lieu de la location est bien situé, endroit calme et très appréciable ! Nous avons été séduits par l'accueil de Patrick qui est un hôte passionné par ce qu'il fait, et avec qui nous avons partager de très bons moments. Petite maisonnette pleine de charme avec sa terasse ensoleillée, un vrai cocon pour ceux qui aiment la simplicité et l'authenticité. Un seul mot pour ce séjour : Merci ! Nous reviendrons sans hésité

Le petit cabanon des amoureux

Superbe séjour dans le cabanon de Patrick. L'endroit est très joli et agréable, la belle terrasse baignée de soleil est un havre de paix. Patrick est un hôte adorable avec qui nous avons vraiment apprécié d'échanger. Cet endroit est parfait pour un séjour en amoureux hors du temps. On reviendra, c'est sûr ! Cécile et Romain.

Hice la reserva y pagué y dos días después el propietario me envía un mensaje diciéndome que está de reformas y que no nos puede recibir. Después de enviarles muchos mensajes reclamándole mi dinero no me contesta, tuve que ponerme en contacto con vrbo para recuperar mi dinero. Vaya verguenza, pérdida de dinero y de tiempo!!!!

Honteux!

Arrivés entre 18h et 19h, nous n'avons pas pu manger dans le logement, tellement celui-ci était malodorant et sale! Nous sommes partis dîner à l'extérieur (ce que nous avons fait à chaque repas d'ailleurs, ce qui a engendré des frais supplémentaires non prévus...) et avons laissé du temps au propriétaire pour enlever les toiles d'araignées, dégraisser sommairement la cuisine, laver les toilettes et passer un petit coup de serpillère... Celui-ci était étonné et il nous a proposé de rester plus longtemps... proposition que nous avons évidemment refusée puisque nous n'avons pas de congés extensibles et de toute façon, il était hors de question de rester dans cet endroit immonde plus longtemps. Nous y sommes restés malgré tout parce que nous n'avions plus le choix et que notre budget n'était pas extensible non plus! Seul point positif du lieu, le calme dans un quartier résidentiel!

Er ist ein sehr lieber Gastgeber und die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Wer es gerne etwas außerhalb von Marseille gemütlich machen möchte ist der Ort perfekt. Aber die Straßen dort sind der Horror 😅

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich an ruhiger Hanglage im Marseilles Stadtteil Verduron und ist nach steiler Anfahrt erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet Erholungswert nach Sightseeing in Marseille. Der nette und fröhliche Eigentümer ist Künstler und Kunsthandwerker und wohnt oberhalb.
