"The spa was excellent enjoyed several treatments and a swim in the indoor pool. The staff a super friendly and encourage participation in activities or leave you alone which ever is your thing. Access to Marrakech is easy with the shuttle bus. The pool looked amazing sadly we did not have the weather for going in a little cold and wet. "

If you are planning to take advantage of spa treatments, I would call them in advance to make sure the spa will be open during your stay. "The staff is outstanding and the service is excellent, the rooms are in a real bad condition. The cleanliness is not great. The rooms in general are worn and need a massive renovation. The property is in a quite and enjoyable setting. From the rooftop you can see the Atlas Mountains on a clear day. If the property was in a good shape, I would have give it a 5 out 5."

"The service given in this Road was nothing short of exceptional. From arranging airport transfers to dinner and trip recommendations. Ahmed, the main man, looked after every need meticulously. He provided a data loaded smart phone to ensure we could navigate the surrounding areas to car parks and medina ( the only downside to this trip was navigating the way to ad from the hotel through a rabbit warren of alleyways) Ahmed provided what can only be described as 5 star service during our stay but...

"Great place — very impressive ornately decorated building very large complex. The staff was extremely friendly and they have offstreet parking in their own parking lot. This is a very nice location away from the busyness of Marrakesh while still being in Marrakesh about five or 10 minutes ride from the old city. This was nice and clean - no pests - very good breakfast including actual cooked eggs and extremely large swimming pool. I do recommend this place for the price especially"

"The room was clean, a decent size, and located near a few different stores. Iwas able to order Globo which is like uber eats to the hotel in case you don't feel like going out to eat for a reasonable price. The breakfast wasn't too big was there was a decent variety and you are able to order eggs cooked to your liking if you ask. Overall, it was a good stay and i would stay here again if I'm in the area. "
