Mooi centraal gelegen riad in de Medina. de keuken was voortreffelijk. de bediening was heel aardig en behulpzaam. ook een mooi voordeeltje we konden er ook een biertje en een wijntje drinken :-)

Kleines, nettes Riad in sehr zentraler Lage

Das Riad el Walaa ist eine wirklich nette Unterkunft im Herzen der Medina. In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man den Jemaa El Fna, und auch andere Sights sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Service und die Angestellten im Riad sind wirklich sehr freundlich, und auch der Abholdienst vom Flughafen hat spitze funktioniert! Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war ebenfalls lecker, allerdings gibt es großteils nur süße Speisen wie Pancakes, Kuchen, Plundergebäck,.... Alles in allem ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt! Wir würden das Riad auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen.

An oasis of calm with wonderful breakfast!

From the moment we arrived until the second we left we received the most professional and friendly service. From the calming atmosphere of the entrance to the huge and very clean bedroom. We cannot fault our stay here. We were two young girls travelling alone and the riad was an oasis of calm with great breakfast and delicious hot chocolate! The precharged, topped up telephone was great to keep in the back pocket, just in case! And helped us feel safe as we explored every street possible and felt free to get lost in the souks. Imad on reception was the most helpful, polite and caring staff member and would do his upmost to help us and never once got annoyed with all of our questions! We had the very best time and it was mostly due to having such a wonderful place to come home to at the end of every day. Such great value for such a beautiful riad at the heart of medina, in a great location for exploring both the old and new town and very easy to find after a day wandering the souks! We couldn't fault it and really cant recommend it enough, we felt very lucky in staying here and will definitely be back!

Friendly and helpful staff, pleasant decor with good food. Avoid room 3 which we stayed in. Too noisy but rest of accomodation is probably great.

Godt hotel, god beliggenhed men små misforståelser

Det er et dejligt hotel/Riad. Det ligger perfekt. Vi fik dog desværre ikke den 2 værelses vi havde bestilt men kun 1 værelse. Deres vejledning af en udflugt var under al kritik. Vi fik at vide at det ville tage 1 time til og fra men det tog 3 timer, og med en på 2 år var dette en spildt dag, da vi ankom kl. 12 lige til middagsluren så vi kunne ikke gøre andet end at vente på de andre til turen igen gik hjem.Vi nægtede derfor at betale for turen, hvilket de gik med til, og vi fik en gratis middag, så de forsøgte at løse det. Men vi brugte stadig 1 hel dag i en bus (5 timer i en bus og 3 timer venten i byen) og på at sidde og vente i en kedelig by, det var ærgerligt.

Sehr gute Option in der Medina von Marrakech.

Kleines Riad in relativ zentraler Lage im südlichen Teil der Medina. Völlig adäquates Inklusive-Frühstück ("continental breakfast"). Option zum Abendessen im Riad einmal wahrgenommen - empfehlenswert!

Good location, problems with noise.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were freindly and professional. We did have a major problem with our stay though. The restaurant is located on the roof and all the table and chairs are made out of solid iron. Everyone someone moved a chair it echoed through our room. Even though we were on the ground floor it was extremely loud, we were woken every morning at 7:00AM when breakfast started. If you want to sleep later than this I promise you its impossible. They really need to fix this issue. We would not return because of it.

Exceptionnel, personnel au top

Idéalement situé dans la médina, ce riad est un véritable havre de paix et de fraîcheur. Chaque membre du personnel notamment le serveur est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours le sourire et très professionnel. Les chambres sont très confortables et d'une grande propreté, la terrasse sur le toit est super, le petit déjeuner fait maison est délicieux! Bref tout était parfait!

Chambre très mal insonorisée, piscine photo trompeuse sur le net. Sur la terrasse mauvaises odeurs de la rue ou évacuations => évacuation sauvage à l'air libre à 4 mètres des tables ! Bon service

Riad con sensación agridulce.

Estuvimos en una hab. triple en teoría categoria "deluxe". La habitación pequeña, muy cara para una calidad que en España no superaría las 3 estrellas. Tuvimos problemas de humedades (por una fuerte lluvia) y por el contrario 2 problemas por corte de agua (se solventó rápido). El Riad es precioso, con una terraza increíble y una piscina que aunque pequeña es suficiente para refrescarse. Muy bien situado, a escasos 10 min caminando de la Plaza Jamaa l`Fna. El servicio atento, aunque hubo un error en nuestra factura de casi 80 EUR. El servicio de restaurante es tres veces más caro, por lo que es recomendable comer fuera. En resumen: creo que por esta calidad podéis encontrar algo más barato.

Décoration soignée et service impeccable.

Excellentes prestations ds ce riad très calme situé en plein coeur de la Médina. Personnel efficace et très affable. Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable.Petit déjeuner copieux pris sur la terrasse joliment aménagée....un vrai régal!
