Top Marlborough Maze Hotel Reviews
The Crown Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful and charming hotel. The owner was so helpful and so are the staff members. The room is very clean and we would stay here again if we were to come back. Highly recommend!"
Yew Tree House
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent location and roomy suite with a kitchen area and private patio area."
The Blenheim Buttery
8/10 Good
"The reception was very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were great for an old building. It was very conveniently situated and would recommend to others"
Kings Arms Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Staff were particularly helpful."
The Churchill Court
10/10 Excellent
"Property itself and the staff were excellent. Spotlessly clean, even had its own kitchen area, so more like a studio flat. Breakfast was great, and super friendly lady who manages the property and also cooks. The only very minor point that anyone could possibly mention was our bathroom floor had obviously at some time had a leak/flood and the was minor lifting of a couple of the edges of the laminate flooring, BUT nothing serious or to be concerned about. Would I stay here again if in the area, ABSOLUTELY. Great location and value for money."
Marlborough Arms Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We received a warm and helpful welcome by the manger, advising us what was happening in Woodstock that weekend. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast excellent and because space was available that day, allowed us to leave our car in the carpark for the following afternoon."
The Punch Bowl
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely little village. Great location, easy parking, fabulous staff and amenities. Highly recommend."
Woodstock Arms
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was wonderful from Chip carrying our bags up to room to Sam taking care of us in the Pub. It is a Pub last call is at 10 pm so not late, your room is right above. If your an early to bed and early to rise person this might not be the best place for you."
Beautiful Grade II Oxford Home, 5 Floors|Sleeps 14
10/10 Excellent
"Communication with Sophia was very good and the house very convenient for all that Woodstock has to offer.I was initially apprehensive to book this property as generally I wouldn't consider anything that doesn't show external photos (I like to know where I'm going and as a rule not showing the obvious tends to suggest something to hide) but I'm please I ignored my own instinct as location is perfect.A shared entrance with a very quiet flower shop to the front is a little odd and the layout of the communal spaces best described as quirky but cleanliness, quality of furnishings, and attention to detail were very good.We had no problem with parking our three cars nearby after unloading directly outside and instruction for access were very clear.Bedrooms and bathrooms all excellent. The downsides for us as a family that like to eat and socialise together was the lack of a formal dinning area suitable for the number of guests as the kitchen table seats 7 at best, stool seating at a slightly remote counter or the kitchen island meant we could still share the space but this is not somewhere to enjoy a leisurely Sunday lunch. The living room in the basement is also compromised due to small space and wouldn't seat a full house. If you want to stay in a lovely character property in an excellent location to explore the many Pubs and Restaurants close by this is a perfect base but if as a large family group you like to eat and sit communally 16 High Street would be a compromise."
