"Parking was on the street but never much of a problem "

"The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. We had a triple room which was two single beds and a futon. The futon was so uncomfortable with two metal bars across it. Breakfast was not included in the room so you had to pick off a menu and pay for each item separately so was expensive. Also no alternative to sourdough bread which was very hard. Overall the stay was OK but I would not return. "

"Overall great checkin was slow and not very helpful but there was a new trainee in the team so i understood. Checked out and was asked to pay 30 pound i owed on room ,told the girl i had paid up before she said i had to pay but she didnt know what it was for."

"We had the small apartment which wa a very convenient as it was on the ground floor by the front door. It was spacious. Bedroom was lovely! We did struggle to get hot water for a while ans the heating took a while to kick in but those were the only things I could fault the room on! Other than that, was a delightful stay! "

"Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfy eoom. Wverything you needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent. We had Salmon/scrambled egg and eggs benedict. Great for visiting Blenheim Palace (7 miles away)"
