"Large bedroom and shower room. Good price., comfortable beds. Stayed 2 nights, unfortunately second night we were disturbed by people coming back from a wedding. Night porter dealt with the situation promptly. Good location for us too."

"Amazing original building with a fascinating history. Most of the rooms are in an annex which are looking a little tired e.g. the bathrooms are dated. Outside parking is easy and lovely grounds. Unfortunately several of the picnic syle tables have seen better days. Overall it's not luxurious, however it's prices reflect this."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking was helped by the hotel sending an email with the postcode so it was easy to find. The down side was being charged for overnight parking because we had not booked directly with the hotel. Breakfast was acceptable but expensive as there was no way to have a smaller breakfast at a slightly less price. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"This is an affordable gem in the centre of Stamford. The en suite room was ultra clean and a decent size with a fridge containing breakfast items and free parking. The owner was exceptionally helpful and even dropped us off at our party. We will return when we are visiting again. Thankyou!"
