"Amazing, helpful and friendly staff, unfortunately let down by the hotel itself. Bathrooms need updating, the sealant and shower floors were all yellow, while the cleaners have done their best, it needs a whole freshen up. Just didn't feel clean after using the bathrooms. Rooms were comfortable enough, but again could do with a freshen. Location is just outside the tourist areas, easy to park too. The restaurant menu could be a bit bigger too if I was being super critical, but the food itself was cooked well."

Other than that it was very clean and a nice stay. They have a microwave in lobby just in case. Staff was friendly!"

"Not having to leave the airport in order to get to the hotel was an outstanding convenience. Also, trains go directly from the airport to central Amsterdam. That combination makes the Sheraton the ideal location, especially for short stays."
