clean room, accesible to train and staff were very accomodating. I was accomodated for an early check in at 10am. prior to coming to amsterdam I emailed the hotel about our early arrival and so happy they have accomodated my request. Its my second time staying with them and will always choose Inntel hotel zandaam location is the best for people travelling with kids.

I just stayed here with my sister for 6 nights and it was excellent! The facade of the hotels puts a smile on your face every time you see it, and it was extremely convenient to explore Amsterdam and other towns. The hotel is practically next to the train station, and the area is very safe and convenient.

Wonderful place, everything is beautiful and the area outside is very photogenic. Lots of shops, restaurants and things for the kids. Very walkable and safe. If you need to park the front desk has a small discount so park out front and check in before you find the garage.

We overall really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and the service is fantastic. My only complaint would be the twin bed is quite small and moves around if you turn over in bed. However the bed was comfortable, the room in great condition and the location was perfect.

What a great hotel. Quirky in a prefect location. The staff could not do enough for you it was a pleasure to be there . We recently stayed in London hotels with the usual arrogance but we felt comfortable and . Clean friendly professional, my son had his 9th birthday and they gave him a hand written card , some chocolate and sweets. Highly recommended them

Gave us a double bed despite me mentioning before travel that we were mother and son. We had to separate the beds ourselves which were hoping together with a hoard and the gap between the beds was then not clean as it hadn’t been swept move stayed here twice now and whilst it’s a lovely hotel in a lovely location, the beds are so uncomfortable and small for the standard of hotel I’d expect better. Staff are amazing!
