"I REALLY enjoyed my stay at the Tropicana.I took my mother for a late Mother's Day Gift and she was even more satisfied than myself. I Love the multiple activities it has. Comedy, karaoke etc It reminds me of a city that never shuts down, including some restaurants. I can't remember the name of this one place we are at, but it was diagonally across the bar with the funny made stools. The food was great and the price was worth it. They have like the chicken, beans, rice, breakfast sandwiches deserts etc."

"First room, The bathroom was dirty, the phone did not work to call front desk, the beds were dirty and not made up. We had to move. The second room, bed was dirty, fridge was dirty, bathroom was dirty, coffee maker was dirty, TV was not working, lamp was not working. They gave us the wrong room, I booked a walk in shower wheelchair accessible room, we were put in a bathtub room. We had an accident in the room because it was not wheelchair accessible. The third time we moved to the Ac was not working, bathroom was dirty, bed had stains on it, phone did not work to call front desk. The manager knew the Ac was not working and still put us in the room. They brought a fan up and it was so dirty and dusty. The staff was no help. The two manager were rude an unhelpful. We had to call the cops and the Emergency hospital to help us. Overall the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I don't know how they are still in business."

"Valet was convenient and friendly. Ordered ocean view and barely got the side view of it. Hotel main entrance was clean, but dirty and outdated throughout. Many parts weren’t open. Our “Non-Smoking room” smelled like smoke. Especially the bathroom toilet area. It was nasty smelling!"

"Parking at the hotel is a real hassle. You have to park in a small, cramped area under the hotel, where you have to park in front of each other. When you leave, you have to rearrange the cars! Our room was adequate for our needs, but it was very dusty and the sheets were stained when we arrived. Luckily, on the second day, the cleaner changed the sheets without being asked, so they probably noticed the stains too! It served its purpose for the short time we were there."

"went to check in only one person sat on the phone for twenty minutes the. overcharged me for a night that was already paid for get in my room and went to bed I knew I saw bugs and when I got up there were white bugs on the bed I went to get a new room and they were nice about that but discusting zero stars of I could give it"
