"Booking through other platforms other than the original site you get substandard accommodation with no direct redress. Was allocated a cabin directly next and over looking the dump station. Sights and smells were not good. "

"Excellent room and amenities- very clean. Watch out for directions/signs/the map when you arrive in the dark. The signage and map are slightly wrong which means you may get lost."

"New ownership, so we were there during the transition. The room was newly renovated, but the lobby was still in transition. The location to the airport is perfect and free parking for our rental car. "

"The bedroom was slightly small but the bed was comfortable. The lift to the 1st floor was useful.We could see the water from our room. The indoor pool was relaxing. The full glass walls of the restaurant allowed you a great view if the water. Food was delicious. Our waitress was very friendly. "

"The rooms are very small, definitely not how they make it seem in the photos and made it a nightmare to take anything out of your bags. The rooms were clean. The one time I don’t bring my own toiletries, they haven’t refilled the body wash, my partner and I had to shower with no soap. Sarah at the restaurant spoke to me so rudely when we tried to book in at the restaurant at check in, I received a sigh and frustration on her end because we didn’t have a booking - we did not dine there. However, the lady at reception was really kind and warm. I was feeling unwell in the morning and they allowed us to check out 1 hour later, which was very thoughtful. Parking was easy to attain. The view was nice, but the rooms being as small as they were did not make up for it. "

"Had a very pleasant stay waking in the morning and looking out of the windows onto the beack was so relaxing Grandchildren had easy access to the beach The back shed gave my grandchildren lots off options, beach toys ,shooter and canoe s. They are asking when are we going back. The beds where comfortable and the house was clean and ànd the kitchen was well equipped "

"The cottage was conveniently located to drive to Port Arthur historic site as well as hikes with beautiful views. The gardens on the property were beautiful and it was a quick walk down to the water for sunset views."
