"The house location and amenities were very good but we didn't receive information regarding check-in and check out procedures. Initially we had some difficulty locating the property as the name of the property was not signed. We sent a message through to the owner but didn't receive any reply. The contact mobile number was no longer in service. These details need to be updated. Limited mobile reception and not having Wifi available made communication and booking activities on line difficult. It...

"The access road on the property is unsafe. There is a bridge that cannot be structurally sound. The access path to the beach was impassable - it was overgrown and dangerous. The fridge in the cabin was turned up so high that all of the fresh food we bought with us froze and was ruined. "
