"The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, professional, and helped us into the best room possible. For the occasion, the sweet bathtub was gigantic. I wish we would have spent more time in the common areas because they were beautiful. "

"My only complaint was I was told I could request a late check out in the morning. Nobody told me only 1 room in a section could get a late checkout. So by 8am they told me I could not get one as the late check out was taken. Had I know this I would have phoned the reception early. "
