Northwoods Beach Getaway

The home is situated on 3.1 private, wooded acres with a long tree-lined driveway that creates a peaceful, secluded setting. While you'll feel surrounded by nature, you're still just minutes from downtown Menominee and only a short walk to Hennes Park, where you'll find a playground, picnic pavilions, volleyball courts, along with forested and waterfront walking paths.

After a day on the lake, relax on the spacious deck with your morning coffee or gather with family and friends for dinner overlooking the water. Fire up the grill, then end the evening around the beachside bonfire pit while enjoying spectacular sunsets and the sounds of the lake.

Designed with groups in mind, the home comfortably accommodates families, friends, and coworkers with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and multiple living and dining areas that provide plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The large circular driveway offers ample parking for multiple vehicles.

House set up:
- Second floor: 1 King bed; 1 full bath
- Main level: 1 double bed in one room; 2 twin beds and 1 twin mattress in one room; 1 full bath
- Lower level: 2 twin beds; 1 queen air mattress, 2 twin cots; 1 full bath
