The Game Zone – Side B of the Waterfront Duplex is designed for nonstop fun and relaxation. This fully remodeled unit features 2 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a massive game room complete with shuffleboard, air hockey, ping pong, movie theatre room, and more. Outdoors, enjoy shared amenities including a large deck, fire pit, patio table, dock, and swing. Two kayaks and two SUPs are included for water adventures. Just 30 mins from Lambeau Field with local limo services available for game day!

Oconto is a family friendly small town "Up North" almost completely surrounded by water. We have the Oconto River flowing through the town into Lake Michigan.

The Game Zone – Side B of the Waterfront Duplex

Overview:
Side B - The Game Zone is a fully renovated 2 bed, 2 bath home featuring two king bedrooms and a massive private game room. The game room is packed with shuffleboard, air hockey, ping pong, darts, foosball, a card table, mini putting green, and even a movie theatre room—perfect for hours of indoor entertainment.

Outdoor Spaces:
Shared outdoor spaces include a large deck, fire pit, multiple tables, dock, and swing. Two kayaks and two stand-up paddleboards are available for guests to enjoy on the water. Bring your boat and tie it up at the dock—just minutes from Lake Michigan and a short boat ride to Door County.

Kitchen:
Spacious kitchen with an oversized dining table for 6, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, and all cookware needed to prepare a gourmet meal.

Living Room:
Sectional sofa (can be used for extra sleeping), flat-screen TV, and a queen floor mattress with portable bed frame (stored in closet, can be set up in the living room).

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed with 2 end tables / lamps, 55in smart TV and closet.
Bedroom 2: King bed with 2 end tables / lamps, 43in smart TV and closet.

Deck & Backyard:
Deck: Patio table for 6, extra chairs and a private charcoal grill (each side has its own grill and table on the shared deck).
Backyard: Shared fire pit with river views, shared boat dock for fishing or tying up boats, kayaks/paddleboards, and oversized shared parking for up to 12 cars tandem parked (additional free street parking).

Location & Activities:
Located in the heart of Oconto on the river—perfect for river floats, fishing, Packers games, Little League tournaments, and exploring 26 sites on the National Historic Registry.

Extras & Local Services:
Bucky's Limousine Service: transportation to Green Bay, Marinette, and surrounding events.
Oconto Water Fun Rentals: fishing and pontoon boat rentals.

Shared Spaces & Guidelines:
Shared deck, dock, and outdoor spaces.
Please tandem park straight in toward the river to allow ample space for the other side of the duplex.
A train runs nearby every few hours. Horns can be heard outside but are minimal inside the home.

Note: This listing is for Side B of the duplex. Two additional listings are available: one for Side A and one for the entire property.

The best way to get around Oconto is by car or walking. It's about a half mile to the grocery store and about 1 mile to the downtown area with a boutique store called Olive & Birch and an awesome coffee shop/home decor store called The Shop On Main.

Boat parking is available on-site at the property. If you need additional space or prefer a slip closer to the bay, paid boat slip parking is available nearby at Sohrs Shores for $20 per day, located close to the mouth of the bay. This is a great option to skip morning boat launch traffic and head straight out to fish.

At this time, we are not accepting reservations from local guests. Please reach out for approval if requesting to book as a local guest with the reason for your visit.

Pets – Fee is $75 per pet. Please reach out if bringing more than 1 pet. 2 pet maximum. No cats.

This is a pet friendly rental, despite the efforts of the cleaners, we can not guarantee no remnants of dog hair will be found in the property.

Please note, we require a signed contract and identification on file before the booking is finalized to meet local licensing requirements.

We have security cameras at the front and back entrances for the safety of our guests and our property. They are triggered by motion detection and record video and sound.

For VRBO - credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
