Holiday house is situated in tranquil setting. Only 10 meters from sea with a private heated pool in front of the beach. There is a free buoy in front of the house, a SUP paddle board and a kayak for our guests. House provides you a holiday without owners. House for 4 persons features a kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a spacious terrace with the sea view. You have a private garden with pool, 3 free parking spaces and a grill all for you. In the front of the house is concrete to rocky beach with easy sea access.

Perfekte Unterkunft!

Das Haus ist nicht groß, aber für 3-4 Personen perfekt geeignet. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Sowohl vom Pool als auch von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub!

Tolles Haus für eine Kroatien-Urlaub

Ein tolles Haus, klein aber gemütlich und vollkommen ausreichend!. Der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer ist wunderbar, und der eigene kleine Strandzugang mit ganz klarem Wasser ist herrlich zum Schwimmen. Jeden Abend hat man den Blick von der Terasse auf den Sonnenuntergang.

Traumhafte Unterkunft und Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist wie auf den Bildern. Direkt am Meer und eigener Pool. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht an Gegenständen und alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Urlaubstag an wohlgefühlt und haben nichts zu bemängeln. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat ohne Probleme funktioniert.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Tolles Haus direkt am Meer mit einem fantastischen Pool und mit nahezu kompletter Ausstattung. Überaus nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Für alles ist gesorgt. Wer Entspannung, Ruhe und Ausgleich sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect holiday

Amazing house on the ocean. Pool was warm. House had everything we needed. Nice to have extra garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher and washer machine soap, cooking oil and seasonings. They even had a variety of sizes life jackets for the kayak and paddle board!

Top Haus

Das Haus ist von der Größe, dem Pool, dem Blick und dem eigenen Zugang zum Meer ( inkl. Sup und Kajak) ein Traum. Sehr ruhig gelegen und zum Erholen ideal für 4 Personen. Strand ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen und sehr schön. Ein toller Ort, wen die größere Entfernung zur Hauptstasse nicht stört.

Nice little house, good location but a bit overpriced

The house was nice although small, the service was great, with attention to the details. We Recommend max 4 persons and should be someone ok sharing the 2 available bedrooms - we had two teens with us one of each gender and they were not ok to share a room. The neighbor decided to renovate his house during most of the weekend, which was annoying. We understand that this year has been special due to C19, but if it is ok to renovate during summer as opposed to normal, then that should be reflected in both price and house description. Further on the price - although, location relative to the sea is great, then it’s still our evaluation having rented houses other places around the world (Provence, Tuscany, San Diego, Indonesia etc.) that the price for this house was to high. Pets are not allowed yet for those who has a child with strong allergies towards cats, there is a cat that roams the lot and sleeps in the furniture on the balcony. There is quite strong wind (sea breeze) on this side of Sevid, so for those who doesn’t appreciate such, then the other side of the small Sevid peninsula can be recommended. But other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and the surrounding towns of Primosten, Rogoznica etc are worth a visit offering a much larger variety of shops, restaurants etc. Thanks.

Perfektes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist komplett mit modernesten Geräten ausgestattet. Auch Zubehör wie Handtücher, Waschmittel, Grillholz und -kohle und vieles mehr ist vorhanden. Der eignen Pool und der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist Spitze. Kleine Infrastruktur ist in Gehweite vorhanden. Gerne wieder.

Traumhaft

Klein , aber fein trifft es ideal. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, direkt am Meer, mit einem eigenen Zugang und Liegen, Sonnenschirm am Privatstrand (Fels). Her liegt auch das Kajak an der Boje. Der Pool mit direktem Blick auf das Meer - kaum zu steigern. Von der Terrasse Meerblick, guter Schatten. Zusätzlich vier Holzliegen auf dem terrassierten Gelände. Die Wohnküche ist sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet, nichts fehlt. Das Bad ist ehr klein, aber fein. Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer sind nicht sehr gross, aber völlig ausreichend. Alles sehr schön, qualitativ hochwertig. Wir haben uns als Familie (2 Kinder) sehr wohl gefühlt. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Wer Disko sucht ist hier falsch.

Es war ein Traum!

4 köpfige Familie, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Klein, aber fein! Kleines Lokal in der Nähe, Gemüsekiosk, Beachbar alles zu Fuß erreichbar...sehr ruhig!
