"The room was great. Nice view from the balcony. The only bad thing is staff appeared inexperienced with their technology. Staff was very friendly but the front door was locked to come onto the property and you had to knock on the glass to get their attention so they let you in and it took awhile if they were doing something else"

"This hotel was very nice very clean good breakfast and good service. It was very romantic atmosphere
It's in the Historical downtown area except that it's 7 blocks from where the tours buses are, but the walk is nice and very secure. Chihuahua is a very clean and secure city
I recommend this hotel"
"This hotel was amazing very clean good service good breakfast and best of all is that is right on the center of the Historical downtown. All tours are steps away from hotel If we go back to Chihuahua Mexico definitely will stay at this hotel I recommended very highly"
"From the moment you step foot into this hotel, you feel transported to a different era. The personal experience with the staff was unlike anything I’ve ever encountered and I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels across the U.S. Their attention to detail, to your needs, and even to your individual preferences is unmatched.
Their level of customer service goes above and beyond, and it’s truly a breath of fresh air to see that genuine hospitality still exists. This is the kind of service that should be the standard in U.S.-based hotels, regardless of their size or history."
