The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Being next to the shopping plaza and entertainment was very convenient and having a parking garage available made everything easier. We would definitely stay here again.

It was my first visit to Chihuahua. I did not know what to expect. Very clean, friendly and welcoming staff, and conveniently located. This in addition to a beautiful room with a nice view. The only issue I had centered around the food. The ribeye was very greasy and the fries were brown near burnt. But that won’t keep me from staying there in the future

The property itself was nice and clean. Unfortunately there were more cons on our stays. The first issue was when we were at the pool there was two separate parties with smoking and loud music, we were with kids so this was inconvenient. The second problem was the loud music at night it went all the way through 3am. Another issue was the pool in the morning. The sign said it opened at 9am, called front desk as it wasn't open and they said 10am so we headed back to our room. We went back around 9:55am and waited until 10:10 to again call front desk who stated they were looking for maintenance to open. It was 11am when again we called as well as other people that had been waiting. Our check out was at 12 and it was unfortunate that they didnt just tell us the pool was not going to be opened.

Very cold!

Staff was all very good and friendly, the location is great for an extended business trip. There was just a couple of things that would have made this a great place. Rooms were cold and heat was not working in the rooms, me and my colleagues had to request extra blankets in order to be comfortable while sleeping. I was very impressed with the coming renovations, but this caused a bit of inconvenience, but totally excusable.

Access to the lobby is not very straight forward: on foot you have to walk through the mall and take 2 escalators that are not close to each other to the second floor and then walk to the other end of the mall to get to the lobby doors. There is lots of parking so that's good.

1- Travelocity advertised free breakfast, but was told it was not included. I had to speak with the manager to fix the problem. Breakfast was very good. 2 - Clerk in the front desk was trying to charge again for the room, but I had already paid through Travelocity. I had to speak with the manager to fix the problem. 3 - Travelocity advertised room service included, but hotel staff would not honor it. I had to speak with the manager to fix the problem. Room was very pretty and clean. Manager was very polite and solved all the issues. I'd give it 5 stars but we did have those three issues to resolve.
