Sweet hotel in the heart of historic district

Room with a kitchenette was great. Location in the heart of town was perfect. And Luis, who works there was super helpful.

1. The check in was friendly 2. The room, it was big but not comfortable, not functional, even not basic amenities 3. The bed and pillows were worm and not comfortable. It looks like it wasn't made. 4. The electrical devices to connect your phone to be charged, were located on the pillars of the room. Not easy to use. You need to place your phones on the floor 5. The shower not easy to balance the hot and cold water, to take a comfortable shower 6. Only one plug device to turn on and off the lite located besides the entrance door. Very far from the bed... A big room but not functional... 7. Next day, we ask for a change of room. The owner was there and he offered, if would be available another room, they will change us to the other room. If were not possible, we can cancel our reservation with them and look for another place. 8. Later, they told us that they were full and not available another room to change us... 9. We decided to cancel our reservation with them and look for another place. 10. This is the brief summary of our experience with the Hotel Allende 104, in Chihuahua city. We didn't know what the conditions of other rooms are. The shower problems have been also commented and reported by other guests

Good staff and great location

I like the staff, they were helpful and made sure i was comfortable. Louis is the man and always looked forward to seeing him. The hotel is in a good location, near the center and the price is good for what you get.

Como siempre, muy buen servicio, muy buena atención. El cuarto silencioso, espacioso y limpio. El internet jala muy bien y se duerme muy a gusto. La ubicación es excelente.

Es una propiedad muy vieja, con reparación inadecuado, el baño muy incómodo, muy chico y feo, no hay donde colgar las toallas, solo hacen la limpieza si se los pedimos, sin cambiar las sábanas, estuvimos tres días y nunca las cambiaron, está en un callejón muy oscuro por la noche, gracias

Es un hotel limpio, se le notan los años. Podría ser mucho mejor pero le falta inversión. Por ejemplo, ya barra en la cocina, pero no está terminada. El aire acondicionado solo es para el cuarto. La cama es cómoda pero no tiene buroes.
