"Window in Bathroom was black around the bases and one light in bedroom not working."

"Not the greatest hotel. Paper thin walls, the double bed seemed extra small, terrible pillows, the shower didn’t drain & the temperature was very difficult to manage. "

"Check in was efficient and the welcome friendly. Room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Unfortunately I had to leave too early to try the breakfast. Hotel is only a short walk from Canterbury West train station and the Marlowe Theatre. The room that I stayed in overlooked North Lane and I would just say that if you're a light sleeper it might be a good idea to have earplugs in case the traffic noise bothers you. I'd happily stay here again."

"Hotel is a very beautiful especially the location right on the sea front. Reception staff are very welcoming and professional, the restaurant food especially the fish and chips top tier. The breakfast staff are very polite. The spa and gym very clean. And the bar cocktails mmmm. This is my second visit and there will be a third very soon with the girls in April."

"The staff were lovely and helpful. The interior is neglected and rooms/bathrooms are not up to date despite the attempt to make them look like that. So not a comfortable stay. There were no proper side tables in our bedroom, the heating was provided by an electric heater which made the atmosphere very dry. Bathroom was a bad design without much space to put things."

"Basic single room, not very comfortable bed, and i supose ia m not used to the road noise as i was kept awake by the traffic. The positive note was that it was cheap for £ 53.00 P/N. so i am not complaining. You pay for what you get. "
