"2 couples had a great stay. We moved into this place from another smaller rental because the weather was bad and we needed more indoor space. We still used the large patio because much of it was covered. The place is as advertised and very nice. The only down side is you cannot really walk to any restaurant or populated boardwalk. However, the beach is great and if you are cooking at home there is a walkable grocery store. We would book he again!"

We used the terrace daily to have incredible views of the city, sea, and mountains, especially during sunset. Lisa was equally incredible in helping us get settled and provided perfect recommendations for food, wine, olive oil tasting, golf, and touring. I’d come back here again next time I’m in Marbella."

"We had a great time at this apartment. Air con was efficient, great view, close proximity to everything needed. Great restaurants nearby and nice swimming pool on site. Management contact was easy and swift. Only recommendation we have is that the bath and hand towels could have been a better quality. Otherwise, everything was good. Thank you."

"This is a lovely apartment, well equipped and comfortable. We stayed during a hot period in July and the air conditioning was very effective. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of utensils, cookware, crockery and cutlery. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean. The roof terrace has lovely views although some of the parasols and furniture on the balconies is showing it's age (and the rigours of being outside in the Costa del Sol summer!) There is a convenient car parking space in...

"Apartment is class, well equipped for everything you need. We felt really like our home. We stayed for 14 nights and I wished I book it longer. Best location, 1 min to the beach and good walk to promenade, restaurants, bars and groceries. Fred and also Helena was very attentive and helpful during our stay. Definitely very high recommendation on this apartment and will surely book it again when we come back."

"Not kidding on that part! It is the only building that is absolute frontline on the boardwalk with no restaurant in front. Beach right there.The lobby is immaculate and Alexandro who is building manager was very helpful. A sweet little apartment with superb view of the water and great for people watching. Nice big terrace which is what this visit is really all about. Shall be back."

"Stayed wit my sisters and niece (4 adults) for a birthday celebration in April 2024. Apartment: Spacious, well kept and clean and comfotable. Equipped with everything we needed. Grounds seemed well maintained too but didn't use pool due to weather too chilly. Location: Great location for beach, nightlife and shop...all walking distance. Communication: Always quick and responsive communiction via whatsapp. Overall great stay, good value and would happily book again."

"Das Appartment war eine einzige Katastrophe. Es funktionierte so gut wie gar nichts. Bereits bei der Ankunft haben wir eine halbe Stunde gebraucht, bis wir die Wohnungstür geöffnet bekamen. Das Schloss war völlig verrostet und der Schlüssel ließ sich nicht drehen. Am nächsten Morgen gab es kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Einige Sanitärarmaturen waren nicht fest montiert, so dass die beiden Badezimmer nach Benutzung immer unter Wasser standen. Die Rolladenkurbel im Schlafzimmer war abgebrochen....

"This is a perfect place to enjoy Marbella. The sea view is amazing and it’s just steps to the paseo. Guests with mobility issues should be aware that even though the building has elevators there are 10 steps to access 439 . Margaret"

"Really enjoyed our stay at Apartamentos Princesa Playa It's location on the seafront was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. The room has everything you needed, kitchenette, power shower even a TV with English terrestrial channels. Just a short walk from seafront restaurants,shops, supermarkets (not Supermarket City Center, who has no prices marked).
