⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marbella! The location is perfect . close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The customer service was excellent, with staff who were always friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I came from London and my brother from Stockholm, and we both absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marbella we’ll definitely be coming back!

Modern, immaculate and very friendly hotel.

This is a great hotel situated in a street just back from the seafront and beach, but in a quiet side road with very little passing traffic. The hotel is modern and rooms are spacious and very clean with great facilities.

We enjoyed our stay at Eurostar oasis Marbella. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach (Ancon playa). We stayed on the first floor. King bed. Shower, no bath tub. Free WiFi. Private patio. Facing the Pool (we didn’t use the pool, since it’s winter time) and breakfast included. The buffet was perfect. The ppl who work here are VERY very accommodating. The location of the hotel is also very convenient for catching the bus to Estepona /Algeciras. Oh! I almost forgot! They also have a spa & gym downstairs! The spa can be reserved 20€ for an hour. And You’ll get to use the pool, hot & cool showers, the sauna privately, without disturbance. It was the most relaxing experience. We absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again when we come back to Marbella!

The hotel was great and I would recommend it. Overall high standard with delicious breakfast, nice room, great service and very fresh pool area. The only negative I have is that during my stay there were some flies in the spa and in the breakfast restaurant. 9.5/10

New nice and comfortable hotel

Very nice new hotel in a good and central location. The rooms are of a good size and very comfortable with a big terrace and all the amenities you need. The service could be improved in the restaurants although the restaurant manager and the reception staff are very attentive and professional. It is a bit noisy as close to the main street We will surely be back on our next trip to Marbella.

Hotel was great overall! Location is close to everything like Puerta Banus and old town etc. the room was super big and clean and had an excellent balcony. The facilities were also really nice. Only issue was our phone in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t really request anything. But staff was really nice.

Nice and clean, quiet area, friendly staff. Area around the hotel is quiet and either residential or commercial but the commercial side isn’t noisy. Set far enough back from the road to have minimal road noise. Not all that much to do at the hotel itself and there isn’t much of an atmosphere around the pool/at breakfast/in the bar and restaurant so we went out every day for dinner at least. Spacious, clean rooms with nice balconies. 40 minute walk from Puerto Banus or less than 10 minutes in a taxi. 10 minute walk to the beach with lots of access to other restaurants. We also enjoyed renting the electric bikes outside the front door of the hotel as something different and fun to do. Overall we enjoyed our trip!

Marbella Misadventures

– A Tale of Spa Surprises and Email Escapades: Eurostars Oasis Marbella: a hotel with more potential than polish. My 9-night stay was a mix of highs and lows. The staff, especially Javi and team in the restaurant, were the highlight, delivering standout service. However, the spa was a letdown - a tiny pool with dead flies and a steep €20 fee for 45 minutes. The 'gym' was more of a hazard zone with limited and shaky equipment. Room cleaning? Unpredictably late, and on my last day, a surprise shower outage added to the woes. Communication was another issue. My emails to the reception pre-arrival were a game of hit-and-miss. And a promised spa discount turned out to be a mirage A sweet gesture from my girlfriend turned sour when a pre-paid Champagne gift was wrongly charged to my room. Smoothly fixed at checkout, but it summed up the stay - a series of mishaps from a place that promised more. Eurostars Oasis Marbella, a hotel with the elements of a 4-star experience, but missing the mark on execution. Like a puzzle needing its final pieces, it's a place where the details make all the difference.
