"Room was clean . It was warm , cozy and both cold and hot water running without any glitch. Location is a quite far from the Terlingua downtown though but the ranch is fully self supportive and has its own nice restuarant with nice great food options both for breakfast , lunch and dinner with reseanable price. Place is situated very next to beautiful canyons and lot many off-road gravel roads all around. "

"It was very smooth and exactly as advertised. A/C was working really well. Has a nice 1 person shower and bathroom. Has running water, but on catchment system so encouraged appropriate water conservation. Overall Wilma was great, very communicative and helpful. We had no issues. The only minor thing was VRBO sent a message with an access code, but in reality it was the code Wilma sent in direct message that was what we needed to unlock the door. Not her fault, just a touch confusing. Overall highly recommend, and a beautiful property! "

"Great house to hang out while exploring Big Bend! Loved the patio area off the side, a perfect happy hour spot. Had a couple of temperature-related issues (outside temps in the 20s at night) but the property manager was responsive and quick to resolve. Highly recommend a stay at this property. Thanks!"
