"We loved our stay at this rental! Owners have made excellent use of the small floor plan and the cabin is stocked with all the basics. The outdoor kitchen is a great addition. Bob gave us great directions to get to the cabin and we enjoyed the quiet, more remote location. In the morning you can watch the birds at the feeders and there’s excellent star gazing at night. Would gladly stay here again!"

"This cabin was the remote dream I was hoping for on my families first time to the area. I have been three times now and this was my first time staying in the Terlingua area. I've always stayed at the Chisos basin lodge, but wanted something more remote and with a kitchen. We travelled with three kids 15, 12 and 9. They each took a top bunk in the main room. The first night my husband and I shared the full sized bed in the separate room but quickly realized it was a little small for two of us! So he took a bottom bunk in the main room our last three nights. The kitchen was well appointed and I took great advantage of it all! My ONLY issue was the size of the refrigerator, it was hard to fit food for 5 people in it but it was manageable. We saw a coyote right outside the kitchen window! That was exciting. We never saw another person at all unless we went into town! the sunset, sunrise and stargazing were all incredible and we would most definitely stay here again. We went into big bend NP for some hiking and also used Far Flung Outfitters for a half day float (HIGHLY recommend!) "
