Escape to paradise in a new 1 bed/1 bath studio centrally located in Marathon. Townhouse #21 is steps away from all of the on site amenities. This includes the docks for fishing (equipped with cleaning stations), several new Tiki huts to lounge under, and one of the largest elevated swimming pools that overlooks the Atlantic. Home is fully furnished and equipped with all new appliances. Come enjoy paradise and everything Ocean Isles has to offer. It's an immaculate 7 acre oceanfront property.
There's one gate pass inside the condo. They cost $150.00 to replace. They are the responsibility of the guest. If lost they will be charged $150.00 to replace. We ask you take all garbage down to the dumpster marked OIFV before leaving. Anything you are not taking with you please put down in the dumpster. There's a $100.00 charge for garbage left behind.

Enjoyable Time

Communication was excellent with the property manager. He accommodated my change of plans to leave early and the place itself was clean and everything worked as expected. The grounds were nice and the neighbors were pleasant.

Great visit .need bigger couch and better sofa mattress ,it was terrible .there was no blender or dishwasher and also was not 1 bedroom .it was a studio . Also need a ninja blender and better coffee maker .Floor was dirty because I saw it in my feet the first night . Must have these items stated along with amenities if I come back .
