We offer a unique Sanctuary Villa located on the island of Duck Key. This 4 bedroom 3 bath villa sleeps 10 people comfortably.

Features: 1780 square feet of villa, private pool and 35 ft boat slip.

Master with a king size bed and newly renovated (fall 2022) ensuite bathroom.

2nd bedroom upstairs has 2 full size beds, shared a hall bathroom that was updated Fall 2022 and private front lanai

3rd bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed shares the updated hall bathroom.

Downstairs bedroom w/ queen bed and full bath on first floor, great for people unable to climb stairs.

Private pool and tropical backyard for hours of enjoyment

All of the beds have pillow top firm mattresses.

Flat screen televisions in every bedroom.

Park 2 cars in our private car port, additional free parking available onsite.

Rent a boat. There are many outlets that offer fishing, snorkeling and dive tours.

Would highly recommend for a group or a large family. Great atmosphere. Very comfortable beds, nice quiet area. Property manager, Frank was very communicative and great to work with. We truly enjoyed our stay here! Would return for sure!

The villa is in a great location, and has a very private and secluded feeling to it when inside and around the pool. We had a great time, the villa met and exceeded or expectations, there were 6 of us staying there and the age ranges were from 27 to 64, we rented a charter boat out of marathon so the villa location was perfect.Thank you very much for such a great place to stay, we will try and stay here again if we come back down.

Super lovely house with everything you need to relax and unwind while you are in the keys! The pool and backyard are so beautiful and make you feel like you are in your own little oasis. The Hawk Kay resort area is very clean and well kept. This house is only a short drive to Islamorada and Marathon where are plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. We took a trip to key west for the day and it was only about an hour drive! Highly recommend this beautiful house for your Keys getaway!

Pool was dirty and garbage cans were full. No hot water in downstairs bathroom shower untilThe last day. A/c wasn’t cooing house. Stove didnt have visible numbers to regulate heat. Not enough parking space and we couldn’t use amenities at the resort. We will just book with resort next time.
