The Space:

The main level offers an open layout with beautiful water views and a convenient half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedrooms are tucked away upstairs with the master suite offering soaring views of the Gulf from its private balcony. There is also a lovely balcony off one of the guest bedrooms. This location is close to charter boats, shopping and Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters. Parking for 2 vehicles.

Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around. There is a public bus that goes to Key West and Miami.



Other Things to Note:

Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay. Only 1 vessel allowed. ***Beam can not be wider than 10ft. Dock space for this unit is 31 ft. Boats must have a minimum of 3 bumpers ( Stern, Bow, and Spring ) or they will not be allowed to stay.



***No onsite trailer storage. The Moose lodge across the street offers trailer storage

If bringing a pet, will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee (2 pet max). ***All pets must be leashed while outdoors on the property.***



No smoking on the property or back porches, only area permitted is the front porch.



This property has a 7-Night minimum. No exceptions.
