Stunning views from balcony over looking Balinyup and verandah surrounding the home lush with greenery, roses and flowers and comfy sitting areas. We did not utilize beautiful lounge, tv, games area with large tv and warm fire as we had a music festival to attend. Most comfiest bed and lovely thoughtful touches in bedroom and ensuite. Best breakfast, homemade granola, breads, conserves, jams, freshest fruits and yummy poached and scrambled eggs bonus great coffee.We felt so special and totally enjoyed the experience and lovely conversations."
